Benefit for Bill Staats

Bill Stats is an original founding member of Houston's own The Fab 5, a terrific band performing hits of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Herman's Hermits, and many others.

Last February, Bill suffered a stroke. Luckily he was quickly taken to a hospital, but the stroke has left him huge stacks of bills that need to be paid.

On August 12, 2007, the Fab 5 will host a benefit to help Bill at the Acadia Bar in Houston. There will be auctions, both live and silent, as well as barbecue and some great music. The Fab 5 will be the top of the bill, with the Chromatics and the Mockingbyrds providing support. Please come out and show your support for a truly great keyboard player, singer, and all-around musician.
